Nestled in a prime location within Tisno’s charming Garden, Electric Elephant’s mission statement is Live, Love, Dance and Free Your Mind–and they more than deliver on all counts. Set within a dramatic natural amphitheatre that overlooks a sandy bay with clear azure waters and and a horizon peppered with distant islands, Electric Elephant is well-placed for a week spent in the pursuit of pleasure. Spend the day indulging in a little maritime madness on board the notorious Argonaughty, before heading out for an evening of bad behaviour on the Main Stage or Beach Bar. Dawn will inevitably see you bothering the sunrise at infamous al fresco club Barberella.
Electric Elephant aims to bring a little of 1970’s and 80’s Ibiza to Croatia, with a relaxed, Balearic vibe and an unparalleled music selection. On that count, they can do wrong; the lineup is eclectic and electronic, featuring the very best in house, disco and everything in between. 2015 saw Derrick Carter and Prosumer take to the stage, with Simeon Mobile Disco, Groove Armada and Horse Meat Disco manning the decks in 2014–we’re excited to see what 2016 will bring.

Electric Elephant Festival Location
A picturesque 16th-century fishing village connected by a drawbridge to the Isle of Murter, Tisno is a serene spot that’s enjoyed considerable popularity in recent years, mainly due to the fact that it now plays host to a staggering five of Croatia’s most sought-after festivals. During the summer months, party monsters in search of electronic bliss swarm its elegant coves and peaceful olive groves – and it’s easy to see why; as locations for a week of sun-drenched hedonism go, you’d be hard pressed to find lovelier.
Take it easy in the daytime hours and explore the narrow snaking paths of the fishing village, then get fed and watered in one of the areas myriad bars and restaurants. Work it all off with a hike up to the hill for incredible views over the Kornati Islands or make a splash at the Takeshi’s Castle style waterpark, before ramping up the energy for a evening spent in the company of some of the world’s best DJ’s.
